“Apeldoorn is the town at the Grift” — This was what my mother had to learn at school in Indonesia (1928). And what is the Grift nothing more than a ditch with water. Yet a very important ditch because many a watermill was depending on its water throught the last centuries.
Mindfulness, Intention, Love, Be — Just as the water that runs throught the Grift, one only can ‘Be’ to live life at its fullest. Just as the water Mind wants to flow. And mindfulness is the state when you are like a leaflet that floats on the surface of that stream. Just observing, and while you observe you do not hold on to the ground that hold the water. Holding that thought is keeping you from reaching the ultimate goal: silence, otherness, impermanence.
To Live life at its fullest — A state that can be reached when you are fully aware of the moment, your body and the energy that is around you when you experiencing NOW. It is easily to observe, that when you live the moment (do that now) you enjoy life and you let go of any sadness, fear, pain, hurt.
Living on the Brink of the Veluwe – It is like living on the edge of the moment. The spot where Past and Future meet. It is the only spot where one lives in Reality. As you become aware of the possibilities of being Mindful. You soon will stop to live otherwise. And learn to Be. Yes, you may focus .. you will … on the background. Yet on the surface you just are … observing, acknowledging … and most of all willing to SEE. And that is The Resourcefulness of Mindfulness at its peak.
